Get to know Columba

Hello future friends!

My name is Columba.  I am a super sweet, adorable kitten.  Did you notice the cute, peanut-shaped marking on my face?  Who could possibly resist that??  I am very lovable and snuggly.  I love to sit on laps and purr myself to sleep.

I am also a very playful little gal.  I like to wrestle with my siblings and pounce on my feline friends when they least expect it.  It’s so much fun!   I also like to play with all sorts of toys like balls, mice and string toys.  Crinkly, shiny foil balls are particularly enticing!  Sometimes you will find me carrying my favorite toys around in my mouth so no one can snatch them from me.  When you live in a house full of cats, you have to protect your loot!

I get along with all my feline housemates and my foster’s big German shepherd too.  At first, I thought the dog was some kind of horrifying monster, but now I know she is friendly and I am not afraid of her anymore.

I am looking for a loving family who will cuddle with me and play with me too.  I’m sure I wouldn’t mind having children in my new home because I am not shy.  Just be sure to teach them how to treat me well.  Then we will be best friends.  Won’t you come and meet me to see how special I am?
