Hello! My name is Amberly. I would love to meet you! I am a bit of a munchkin with my big feet and stubby legs, which my foster mom says makes me just adorable. I am a little shy, but I love to be petted, and getting brushed is the best thing ever. Plus it lets you enjoy my soft fur (it is the softest around, you know). OOOH, and I love chasing that feathery bird on the end of the stick, and this other dangly toy my foster mom got for me! I run and jump and chase and pounce and play until I pant like a dog and have to lay down. Speaking of dogs, my foster mom has one of those, too. Funny looking sort of animals, if you ask me, but I am fine with the dog if she leaves me alone. But mom’s other cats – well they scare me, to be honest, so she keeps them away from me. When I was little, I was in a house with way too many other cats and now I prefer being an only cat. Little kids also scare me a bit – too loud and they move too fast. My ideal home is with calm adults where I can be their only kitty!
